• What does the booth price include?
[1] Standard booth price: including the construction fee and booth fee.
[2] Price of booth with bare space: only includes booth fee. Any additional service will be charged separately. (such as booth building, technical service and promotion).
• When and how to receive the invoice?
After receiving your application form, we will send you a confirmation letter and payment notice by email. The deposit is 50% of the total amount, which must be paid in advance. We will issue a separate invoice for the balance and need you to pay the balance 30 days before the exhibition. All invoices issued in the name of VisionChina Exhibition related to the exhibition shall be paid in full by the exhibitor in the invoice, and the handling fee incurred by the payment shall be borne by the exhibitor.
• Is it possible to participate in a joint exhibition and what procedures are required?
Exhibitors are free to participate in joint exhibitions. The main exhibitor (the company that applies for the booth from the organizer) must fill in the application form for joint exhibition. Joint exhibitors must be recognized by the organizer. The joint exhibition fee is 2000 yuan, to be borne by the main exhibitor.

• Can VisionChina help to apply for a visa to enter China for the exhibition?
We can provide the exhibition invitation letter to prove the reason for your participation. You can apply for the invitation letter for you and your staff and we will send it to you in PDF form. The invitation letter application form and visa processing contact information will be attached to the exhibitor manual and will be sent to you 3 months before the exhibition.
