At the exhibition booth, the Nuvo-9160GC ruggedized AI inference platform was connected to high-definition USB cameras, performing real-time object detection and human pose recognition analysis on live-captured footage.
This industrial-grade solution supports Intel® 14th Gen Core™ processors and accommodates NVIDIA 130W GPUs alongside various domestic AI accelerator cards for deep learning workloads. Engineered for mission-critical AI inference applications, it demonstrates exceptional capability in behavioral analytics, appearance defect inspection, and security surveillance systems.
Robotics/Intelligent Video Analytics
At the exhibition, the NRU-230V-AWP artificial intelligence computing platform simultaneously interfaced with four GMSL2 cameras and one LiDAR sensor, enabling real-time recognition analysis of camera-captured imagery alongside synchronous visualization and data acquisition from LiDAR point clouds.
Engineered with IP66-rated waterproof/dustproof protection and based on the NVIDIA® Jetson AGX Orin™ architecture, this platform supports eight GMSL2 camera inputs and features M12 connectors for robust I/O integration. Its design incorporates an integrated system monitoring port and automotive-grade MCU, making it particularly suitable for autonomous driving applications including robobuses, autonomous mining vehicles, and smart agriculture systems.
Notably, the system incorporated the supercapacitor-based backup power module PB-9250J-SA between the main power supply and NRU-230V-AWP to mitigate voltage instability. During live demonstrations, upon primary power disconnection, the PB-9250J-SA maintained continuous operation through its intelligent monitoring system that tracks residual capacitance, ensuring graceful system shutdown to protect hardware integrity and prevent data corruption.
Compact-Sized NVIDIA Jetson AI Computing Platforms / frame grabber card
The NVIDIA Jetson series AI computing platforms and capture cards constituted another exhibition highlight. The IP66-rated 10.1" industrial AI panel PC (NRU-170-PPC), integrated with network cameras, delivers up to 100 TOPS of AI computational power. This system performs concurrent real-time image acquisition, analytical recognition, and segmentation during operation.
The NRU-51V series supports Jetson Orin™ NX / Xavier™ NX system-on-modules (SOMs), featuring a compact form factor with merely 25W power consumption. Its GMSL camera compatibility provides robust visual processing capabilities, making it suitable for autonomous driving and embodied intelligence applications.
A notably compact solution attracting significant interest was the PCIe-NX156U3 intelligent image frame grabber card. Utilizing the Jetson Orin™ NX SOM in a single-slot, standard half-length PCIe form factor, it delivers AI acceleration for advanced visual inspection systems. Equipped with six USB interfaces for camera connectivity, a variant model with four PoE+ ports is also available for network-based vision systems.
