The SC640-T uses the internationally advanced VGAInGaAs detector technology with 640 x 512 high resolution, 15um pixel pitch and high sensitivity in the 0.9um and 1.7um bands. The camera has very low dark current and high dynamic range, and the precise TEC dimensional control further reduces readout noise. The camera is compact and stable, and has strong environmental suitability. It can be used in a wide range of applications including beam analysis, astronomical imaging, biomedical science research and system integration.
