The SC640 uses the internationally advanced VGAInGaAs detector technology with 640 x 512 high resolution, 15um pixel pitch and high sensitivity in the 0.9um and 1.7um bands. The camera has a very low dark current and high dynamic range, and the precise TEC dimensional control further reduces readout noise. The camera is compact, small in size, low in power consumption and has strong environmental suitability.
