NIR-Ⅱ-MS combines NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence imaging technology with traditional fluorescence microscopy technology to develop a novel NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence orthomosaic microscopy system with wide field excitation and surface array detection, which enables optical characterization of NIR-Ⅱ fluorescence probes and large depth, high spatial and temporal resolution imaging of in vivo biological samples and thick biological tissues. Not only does it achieve a greater imaging depth (>1.2mm) and higher resolution (3μm) relative to the visible and NIR I regions, it also achieves a higher signal-to-noise ratio for NIR II fluorescence in vivo imaging and can be externally extended or configured to suit your needs.
