In recent years, Chinese machine vision market has become an important target market for international machine vision manufacturers. Founded in 1988, Basler company, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, mainly produces industrial digital cameras, network cameras and other about 300 models of products, can be widely used in industrial, traffic and video surveillance and other fields of machine vision.

It is reported that this exhibition has attracted more than 30,000 visitors from all over the country by taking advantage of the situation of the exhibition held at the same time, such as Munich Optics Fair and Semiconductor Fair. During the three-day exhibition, BASLER exhibited its star product -- ACE series (GIGE output), which has been widely concerned and applied in the industry for its small size, light weight, low cost, high performance and other characteristics. And based on this three sets of different application areas of the key demonstration system, are: packaging detection - color enhancement demonstration system, PCB positioning monitoring equipment demonstration system, ITS intelligent transportation demonstration system.

Package Detection - Color Enhancement Demonstration System. Images are collected through the 1/1.8 inch Color CCD 1628*126 resolution 20FPS GigE output "ACA1616-20GC", and the Color enhancement function is used to make the Color of the image closer to the real Color. This function can be widely used in packaging detection, color detection and other industries.

The camera embedded in the demonstration system of PCB positioning and monitoring equipment collects pictures of a chip through the "ACA640-90GM" camera output by a 1/3 inch CCD 659*494 resolution 90FPS GigE, and conducts image processing on the chip positioning and specific parts to identify whether its position and model are correct.

ACE series "HD" 1.4 megapixel, 2 megapixel and 5 megapixel cameras have been widely used in speeding snapshots, intersection engineering, interval speed measurement and other intelligent transportation systems.
