China (Shanghai) Machine Vision Exhibition & Seminar on Machine Vision Technology and Industrial Application will be held in Hall W1 of Shanghai New International Expo Center on March 20-22, 2012.

The reporter learned from the organizing committee that since the release of the conference schedule on February 14, only three days, the number of participants has reached more than 400, and the number of applicants is still increasing. According to the statistical analysis of the current applicants, they are mainly from Shanghai, Suzhou, Kunshan, Nanjing, Anhui and so on. Industries are mainly concentrated in "equipment manufacturers, automobiles, textiles, research institutes" and so on.

According to Professor Wei Sui, director of the machine vision committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics, under the strong suggestion of the previous participants, the conference has been changed from one day to two days. In order to meet the different levels of people to attend, the conference invited well-known experts and senior engineers in the industry, will be around the "machine vision technology in the application of industrial testing" as the theme of 23 special speeches. Machine vision related knowledge and application are expounded from different angles.
