On July 5, 2020, VisionChina (Shanghai) successfully concluded in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center. The three-day exhibition attracted 57,135 industry visitors, and the scene was full of people. At the same time, the list of winners of "2019 Machine Vision Innovative Products" was announced. Long Walkway MS5515A 150 million pixel industrial lens was awarded the "2019 Machine Vision Innovative Products Gold Award" by the Machine Vision Industry Alliance (CMVU).

MS5515A is the industry's first short-focus zoom lens matched with a chip of 150 million pixels. It can meet the needs of large target surface chip and high-precision pixels at the same time, meet the uniform imaging of the whole field of view, and ensure the pixel resolution up to 3.76um. The focal length is 55mm, and the conjugate length is shorter when applied, so there is no need to change the scheme for the insufficient height of the equipment. MS5515A supports 0.01X to 0.5X magnification variation, and the super-large magnification range can meet more different field of view requirements. It fills the gap of medium and small magnification and high resolution lens in the large-format high-precision detection industry, and provides a very suitable solution for OLED screen detection.

At present, there is no lens that perfectly matches 151MP camera on the market, most of which are replaced by the original 16K line-scan lens. Compared with the line-scan lens, the 150-megapixel lens has the following innovations and advantages:

1. The IMX411 chip has a diagonal of 66.7mm and a pixel size of 3.76um. Ordinary lenses cannot meet the requirements of large target surface chip and high-precision pixels at the same time.

2. Line scanning lenses are mostly large-magnification lenses with small detection field. In the large-area high-precision detection industry, there is a lack of large-field and small-magnification lenses.

3. The focal length of line scanning lens is more than 100mm, and the focal length of MS5515A is 55mm when applied. Under the same magnification, the conjugate distance of MS5515A is reduced by half compared with the traditional scheme, and there is no need to change the scheme for the lack of equipment height.

4, Line scanning lens magnification adjustment range is small, MS5515A supports 0.01X to 0.5X magnification range change, super magnification range can meet more different field of vision requirements.
